Description

Siegmund System 16 welding tables are for light to medium duty applications. With a large choice of sizes and styles avaiable, you are sure to find a variation to suit your needs.
The tables have a high resistance against rust, impact, scratches and weld spatter giving them a very long service life.
A seemingly endless choice of clamps, bolts, squares, stops, legs and accessories makes the system extremely versatile for fine detailed fabrications. The highly visible grid, equispaced holes and quick release clamps make the system fast and easy to use.
All of the System 16 welding tables work on a 16mm hole diameter (hence the name) and are ideal for production or proto-typing where accurate and repeatable results are required for smaller welded components.
There are three types of table within this range, which are detailed below:
Basic

-
-
- Material thickness approx. 12mm
- Table side depth 50mm
- Hole spacing 50mm
- Grid spacing 50mm
- Material Plasma nitrided tool steel
- Load capacity up to 1000kg (spread load)
- Core hardness 165 – 220 Vickers
- Surface hardness 450 – 750 Vickers
- Table structure is rib reinforced for strength
- Standard working height 850 or 950mm
- Radiused bore holes and edges
-

Summary: Basic welding tables are a low cost solution for small, simple, lightweight fabrications.
Professional 750

- Material thickness approx. 12mm
- Table side depth 100mm
- Hole spacing 50mm
- Grid spacing 50mm
- Material Plasma nitrided tool steel
- Load capacity up to 2000kg (spread load)
- Core hardness 165 – 220 Vickers
- Surface hardness 450 – 750 Vickers
- Table structure is rib reinforced for strength
- Standard working height 850 or 950mm
- Radiused bore holes and edges
- Graduated scale on table edges
Summary: Professional 750 welding tables offer a more rigid table due to the deeper sides and deeper ribbing. They are more suited to a production environment than the Basic version and can carry more load.
Professional Extreme 8.7

- Material thickness approx. 12mm
- Table side depth 100mm
- Hole spacing 50mm
- Grid spacing 50mm
- Material Plasma nitrided tool steel
- Load capacity up to 2000kg (spread load)
- Core hardness 280 – 340 Vickers
- Surface hardness 450 – 850 Vickers
- Table structure is rib reinforced for strength
- Standard working height 850 or 950mm
- Radiused bore holes and edges
- Measuring scale on table edges
Summary: Professional Extreme 8.7 welding tables offer a harder wearing surface than the Professional 750 range. They are most suited to a production environment and are less prone to weld spatter sticking to the surface.
